Abstract
The arrival at the educational centers of the new grade records was a challenge for the teachers since they brought with them a modality of work that required more performance and dedication on the part of the teachers of the Dominican educational system. In this order, the objective of this study was to determine what incidents of the new grade registrations caused difficulties in teaching tasks at the primary and secondary level. This study included the convenient selection of 15 teachers from the Carlos Díaz educational center, belonging to the 08-09 district of Tamboril. The methodology responded to a non-experimental descriptive qualitative study since it collected the teachers' opinions in a descriptive way, but without the intention of altering them. To collect such data, focus group and interview techniques were used, while the instrument was the questionnaire with which the opinions of each teacher could be qualitatively recorded, which were analyzed through different tables, concluding that, the Teachers have an educational and social commitment for which they must assume their work tasks responsibly and efficiently, however, it is necessary for the authorities to prepare records that are more accessible to realities since they must arrive on time and not require, that an excessive amount of information is recorded, which causes fatigue and certain errors in the work of teachers.
