Abstract
The general objective of this research was to analyze artificial intelligence from a perspective on the subject methodology of scientific research from the stories of teachers at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), San Juan de la Maguana Campus. The study was carried out using a qualitative approach, with an exploratory orientation. Document review, semi-structured interviews were used to appreciate the teachers' stories, and focus group techniques. Among the results, artificial intelligence currently has limitations of use by teachers, therefore the establishment of training programs in the institution is required to strengthen the use of this technology in class activities. As conclusions, artificial intelligence is a technology with diverse applications, it constitutes a basis for establishing a culture of correct use in the subject methodology of scientific research.
