Abstract
The objective of the study was focused on the analysis of leadership in teacher training from the pedagogical management at the primary level. Documentary research was assumed based on the interpretation of knowledge through descriptive content analysis, as a qualitative technique that allowed the detailed critical study of the conclusions of seven studies of empirical and scientific nature from Spain, Latin America and the Caribbean that were published in recognized indexed journals between the years 2019-2022. As results, the following subcategories emerged: teacher education, pedagogical management, pedagogical leadership, and innovation in teacher education; which constitute and define the category leadership in teacher education. It is concluded that leadership in teacher training assumes the social constructivism product of educational practices by learning by doing and appropriates these training experiences for the development of professional competencies of teachers; and organizational development in the functional aspects of the institutions.
