Abstract
The Mexican northern border shared with the United States plays a fundamental role in the political and administrative treatment of irregular migrations coming from the Global South. Its growing securitization has turned it into one of the most marked symptoms of the crises and contradictions of capitalism, which is why there is a restrictive control in this cross-border space under the pretext of migration.
